  I've been there only once. But I'm quite convinced by the authenticity and taste with this one time dining experience. Will not fail even you blindly pick a dish. Price wise, affordable for occasion dining but do prepare for easily $40-$50 per person if with liquor and beverages.

  After standing in line to enter, I was seated and ordered immediately. An Asian couple entered the booth I was in after I had already ordered. The Asian couple was asked if they were comfortable with the ambient temperature, not me. The Asian male was then brought my order and he proceeded to eat it. After five minutes, I sought out the server and was told too bad - she gave my order to him. If you're not Asian, don't bother going - the foods not worth it.

  It is an interesting restaurant. All the customer should take off shoes before entering the dinning area. We order several dishes. The portion is big among Japanese restaurant. We love the braised beef tongue and uni clay pot. The beef tongue is super tender and the taste is so delicate. The clay bowl is very creamy. One star off is because you have to wait long before getting seated.
